Videography

We've already hired a photographer. So why should we hire you, too?

We help you tell your story

Packed full of nonstop action, your wedding day seems to come and go in an instant. You won't want to forget a single moment. A wedding film will help you and your loved ones relive your day in a way that photos alone simply cannot accomplish.

𝟚

We catch the small things

We're obsessed with capturing the little moments of joy at your wedding. But unlike a movie, weddings happen in real-time — you get one shot to get it right. We use multiple cameras on every scene to ensure you don't miss a second of the action.

We make sure you're heard, not just seen

Too many videographers invest thousands of dollars in video gear and neglect proper audio. But video is just half the story — your film should sound great, too. With high-quality microphones and recorders, we'll make you sound as good as you look.

Meet your videographers.

Brandon and Caitie Rohrig have been filming Columbus weddings for six of their seven years of marriage. As completely self-taught videographers, they're committed to developing their craft over time.

"I look back at some of our first videos and cringe a bit at how much I didn't know. But one thing I've always been proud of is our storytelling. The technical skill comes with time and experience, but the ability to craft an interesting narrative is more essential." – Brandon

In an oversaturated market of creatives, Brandon and Caitie try to stand out by helping the brides and grooms they serve have the best possible wedding day experience.

"It's about more than just delivering a product. Your entire wedding day can be helped or hurt by the relationship you have with your vendors. We try to help our couples feel cared for and relaxed so they can focus on taking it all in." – Caitie

From planning to editing and everything in between, Brandon and Caitie are committed to providing outstanding communication and support every step of the way.

What kinds of films do you produce?

Relive the best moments of your day in cinematic style. We use DSLRs and handheld stabilizers to deliver breathtaking footage of everything from getting ready to the getaway car. Then, we set the whole thing to beautiful, professionally-licensed music that fits the mood of your wedding. We can also feature audio clips from your vows, speeches, or letter reading. Our highlight films usually run between 5–7 minutes.

Ceremony Film.jpg

As the most important part of your day, your wedding ceremony deserves to be remembered the right way. We use HD camcorders to capture video from multiple angles and professional audio equipment to perfectly record all of your music and speech. Then, we mix everything together in post-production and deliver a full-length feature you'll cherish forever.

Reception Film.jpg

It's not every day your friends and family give speeches in your honor in front of a giant crowd. But when they do, you definitely don't want to forget it. Your reception film is produced in the same way as your ceremony film, and includes full-length coverage of your introductions, speeches, and special dances.

Wait a second — I have a question.

What is the pre-wedding process like?

When you decide you want to reserve the date, we send a contract that can be signed electronically from your phone in minutes. Then, you'd pay 50% of the total amount as a deposit. About a month before your wedding, we schedule a meeting and knock out the details together. And of course, we're available by phone and email to answer your questions throughout the whole process.

What is delivery like?

Within three months of your wedding, you will receive a link to download your video file(s). Once we get your stamp of approval, you will receive a hard copy on a DVD or USB drive via USPS within one month. We typically don't provide the raw footage from our events (we already give you all the good stuff), but we can make that happen for an additional fee.

Do you travel out of town?

We sure do. For drives between one and three hours, all we ask is that you put us up in a hotel for the night. And if your wedding is super far away, we have a very manageable travel fee — we'll work it out together.

Can we choose our own music for the highlight film?

We'll need to purchase a license for a song to use in your highlight film. This allows both us and you to post your video publicly without violating copyright law. You're always welcome to provide input about what style of music you would like, but you won't be able to select a specific song as the soundtrack of your video. We do always try to pick music that matches the mood of your wedding.

Are we allowed to share our videos?

Since your highlight film will include commercially licensed music, it can be shared freely on social media or elsewhere. It's all yours. We just ask that you credit us when you post it publicly. If we're also providing a ceremony film or reception film, these videos are for private viewing only and may not be posted publicly. We'd be glad to answer any other questions you have about that.

If we hire you as our videographer, can we also hire you as our DJ?

Absolutely. We'd love to take care of everything for you. Usually, this means hiring additional videographers to help capture the day. We'll do whatever it takes to give you the best possible wedding day experience.

Love it so far. What's the investment?

Highlight films are $1,600 for eight hours of coverage with two videographers. You can add extra hours for $100/hour.

Ceremony and reception films are $800 each, or $600 each if bundled with a highlight film. There's no time limit on these.
